What is an Account Manager?

Puffta Media is looking for salespeople to work in the community and for the community. The successful applicant will be responsible for sales and marketing of the website and its associated businesses. The position allows for flexibility of hours and remuneration is in the form of salary + a generous commission.

Those applying should possess the following criteria:

* Highly motivated & innovative thinker
* Computer literate (able to manage Microsoft Office applications)
* Have a neat and tidy appearance
* Excellent time management
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong organisational competencies
* Self-reliance and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* A sales/service background would be highly regarded as would graphic design skills.

Specific responsibilities of the role will be:

* Develop relationships with businesses and community groups
* Develop and promote new revenue streams
* Make presentations to interested parties
* Follow up direct leads and bring new customers to the business
* Credit Control
