Hot Stone Massage:

A unique therapeutic massage using smooth volcanic stones to increase blood circulation and relax the muscles. Feel the knots and tensions melt away as the stones are glided over the entire body and with the use of various massage techniques work your body to a feeling of total relaxation and balance.

Hot stones allow for a much deeper release of tensions & a range of essential oils suited to your needs are used throughout the treatment to promote general health & vitality.

Upper Body Workout:

Soothe & relax those tight muscles of the neck & shoulders with an oil based massage, while the face is treated to warm cloths and re-hydrating avocado cream & essential oils.

½ hr $40

1hr (incl. facial exfoliation component) $65

The Extremities:

Draw out all the tired, tight and tender points in your hands, feet & ankles. Soak in a cool foot spa while your hands & lower arms are soothed & relaxed with delicate pressure therapy. Your feet are then exfoliated, towel dried and invigorated with an essential oil & cream massage.

½ hr $40

Aromatherapy Massage:

Gentle, flowing treatments, great to de-stress & help unwind. A range of essential oils are chosen for your specific requirements & blended with massage oils or creams & applied to the body in long, sweeping Swedish massage strokes.

½ hour (posterior only) $40

1 hour (full body) $60

That Friday Feeling…:

Invigorate the body & relax the tensions & stresses from the shoulders & neck. Let me help to break up the knots and smooth out your aches & pains.

All treatments use a range of essential oils, creams & massage oils, please ensure I am aware of any allergies or sensitivities you may have during consultation, prior to commencement of the treatment for your own safety & wellbeing.
